2- BEFORE APPLICATION:
Surface Preparation: All kinds of oil, dirt, rust, etc. on the surfaces to be applied. should be free of problems.
Product Preparation: Plas'coll Exterior Primer is diluted at various rates according to the absorbency of the surface and made ready for application.
Application Tools Preparations: The application is done with a roller and brush.
3- APPLICATION:
Application Method (or Shapes): Plas'coll Exterior Primer , which is ready for use, is applied to saturate the surface, prevents the surface from absorbing and prepares a solid surface for the paint.
Matters to be Considered: The temperature limit during application should not be less than +8 degrees and it should not be worked under very hot sun.
4-AFTER APPLICATION:
a) Drying Time: First drying: 15 minutes
Final drying: 1 hour
Storage of the Product: The material should be stored in places above zero degrees.
Storage of Application Tools: Application tools and equipment should be washed and cleaned with water at the end of the work.

It shows excellent adhesion to all kinds of surfaces, does not crack or peel, and does not fade colors. b) Places of Use: It can be used on exteriors of all kinds of buildings as well as interior spaces where decorative appearance is desired. It is applied on plaster, concrete, prefabricated elements, plaster and chip surfaces and old painted solid surfaces.

2- BEFORE APPLICATION:
- a) Application Preparations: The surface to be applied should be primed with one layer of “Plas'coll Exterior Primer” and the floor should be prepared for application.
- b) Floor (surface) Preparation: Plas'coll Exterior Paint Paint should be free of dirt, oil, dust and all kinds of loose, swollen surfaces and should be at a sufficient moisture level.
- c) Product Preparation: Plas'coll Exterior Paint should be thinned 50% for the first coat and 5% for the second coat, and made ready for application.
- d) Preparation of Application Tools: The application should be done with a brush or roller.
3- APPLICATION:
a) Application Method(s): The product, which is ready for use, should be applied every 1-2 hours.

- Plas'coll Ready Color Plaster
1-FEATURES:
a) Content (Ingredients): It is an emulsion-based, synthetic resin binder that does not contain lime and cement in its composition, and is suitable for all climatic conditions.
b) Places of Use: It is used in interior architecture due to its decorative feature. It is applied on smooth and solid surfaces such as thin plaster, eternit, chipboard and duralite. It has high insulation and breathing ability. Does not form mold. It is not affected by sunlight, acid, detergent and soda compounds. Due to its expansion feature, it prevents the capillary cracks in the lower plaster from spreading to the outer surface.
c) Colors: There is a special catalog of 12 pastel colors.
Apart from the catalog colors, it can be made in special colors depending on the quantity.
d) Packaging: Plas'coll Trasit ready-to-use colored plaster has been put on the market in 30 kg packages.
2- BEFORE APPLICATION:
a)Application Preparations: Before the application, “Plas'coll Ready Color Plaster Primer” diluted with 1/1 water on a dry and clean surface should be applied with a brush or roller.
b) Floor (surface) Preparation: The surfaces to be applied must be cleaned of dirt, oil, cracks and roughness.
c) Product Preparation: After opening the package, it is mixed until it becomes homogeneous. If necessary, water is added.
d) Application Tools Preparations: It is applied with a special plastic trowel.
3- APPLICATION:
a) Application Method(s): After the floor is prepared, the material is first spread on the surface with a special trowel. The water on the surface of the absorbing material is stripped and brought to the level of the pattern stones. Then the pattern is given with glaze.
b) Considerations: The "use of tape" in the application of different colors and wide facade applications prevents joint and color problems. Temperatures falling below -5 C during complete drying are dangerous for the health of the material.
4-AFTER APPLICATION:
a) Drying Time: Top drying is completed in 3 hours. The sole dries in 22 hours, while the product dries completely in 7 days.

- Plas'coll Polyester Based Spray Plaster
1) FEATURES:
a) Content: It is a polyester (oil) based, decorative looking, thin and thick textured, waterproof and protective coating material.
b) Uses: Concrete briquettes, bricks, asbestos cement, steel, aluminum surfaces, ceramic tiles, wood chipboard, ytong, etc. It can be easily applied to existing painted and plastered surfaces at any temperature.
c) Colors: Apart from the catalog colors, it can be made in special colors upon request.
d) Packaging: Penitex is offered for sale in 20 kg packages.
2) BEFORE APPLICATION:
a) Floor Preparation: The application surface should be cleaned of dirt, oil, rust, etc.
b) Application Preparations: After the floor is prepared, the application surface should be primed with “Plas'coll Polyester Based Spray Plaster Silicone Primer”.
c) Product Preparation: Plas'coll Polyester Based Spray Plaster should be thinned to be applied with a 20% or 25% gun, 10% or 15% with a roller, depending on seasonal values. The product is applied with a roller or a special compressor gun, according to the desired pattern.

3) APPLICATION:
"Using tape" in the application of different colors and in wide facade applications prevents joint and color problems. It is dangerous to approach with fire. The most suitable application temperature range is between -5 and +30 o C (provided that there is no wet ground underneath). In applications outside these temperatures, problems called flow and bagging may occur.
4) AFTER APPLICATION:

Another unique feature of Plas'coll Rulotex is that it hides previously formed plaster defects.
