PLAS'COLL EXTERIOR-INTERIOR FILLING PASTE

1-FEATURES:

a) Content (Ingredients): It is an emulsion based, high filling power, non-cracking plastic paste. It increases the durability of the Plas'coll Plastic or Exterior Paint to be applied on it, and reduces its consumption.

b) Application Areas: It is used on interior walls with thin plaster, prefabricated building elements and interior surfaces covered with chipboard.

2- BEFORE APPLICATION:

a) Application Preparations: Loose surfaces to be applied should be saturated with appropriate Primer Paint before putty application.

b) Floor (surface) Preparation: Cracks, lime blotches, moisture traces, molds on the floor surface are cleaned with the help of a spatula. Cracks smaller than 2.5-3 mm should be cleaned of old paint residues in the same way.

c) Product Preparation: Plas'coll Plastic Paste is used without diluting.

d) Application Tools Preparations: The product is applied with a spatula.

3- APPLICATION:

a) Application Method (or Shapes): The material is applied in thick layers. Depending on the ambient conditions, it can be sanded after 3-6 hours.

b) Considerations: It is more appropriate to reach the same thickness in thin layers on surfaces that need to be applied in thick layers due to thick cracks and level differences on the surface.

4-AFTER APPLICATION:

a) Drying Time: Top drying is 2 hours and full drying is 48 hours for thick layers. In thin layers, it is 2 hours for top drying and 36 hours for full drying.

b) Storing the Product: After the work is finished, the nylon inside is tightly tied and the package is tightly closed. It should be stored at 20-25 C degrees.

c) Storage of Application Tools: At the end of the work, the application tool should be washed with water and cleaned.

5-CONSUMPTION (CONSUMPTION):

It covers an area of ^{1-2 m 2} /kg depending on the application thickness.
