OSTİM committee went to Kyrgyzstan after completing Uzbekistan touch within the scope of Central Asia. Committee’s next stop was Kyrgyz Republic Ministry of Investment Incentive and Security.

Kyrgyz Republic Acting Minister of Investment Incentive and Security Nuradil Bayasov, ministry bureaucrats and business people and OSTİM committee discussed cooperation in industry and education.

“We are ready to share our potential”

OSTİM Technical University Chairman of the Board of Trustees and OSTİM Chairman of the Executive Board Orhan Aydın thanked the Acting Minister and bureaucrats expressing their appreciation for being in Kyrgyzstan.

Aydın, suggesting more visits to promote relations between two countries and stating that OSTİM is the small model of Turkey, said that “We should promote our economic relations. We are at your command in sharing our potential with you. There so many things we learn from you, we believe. We build a sustainable structure and develop it. Then we direct industrialists and investors to there. We are the most dynamic ecosystem in Turkey as OSTİM with our university, organized industrial site, technopark and our clusters.”

“Let’s build OSTİM model”

Acting Minister Nuradil Bayasov, provided information about investment advantages in his country. Pointing out the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadır Çaparov’s determination on increasing international investments, Bayasov gave this message: “Let’s build OSTİM’s model in here. The president wants top increase investments. Therefore, adjustments in legislation were made to facilitate investors business. There are 6300 companies in OSTİM. Their investments in Kyrgyzstan have of importance to us. There are 180 million worth opportunity for go-to market. We are ready to promote bilateral relations.” 

OSTİM OİS Regional Director Adem Arıcı reminded the protocols signed by Kyrgyzstan Republic the Ministry of Investment Incentive and Security and other institutions in june. Arıcı “We are ready to share our institutional experience. We should realize these signed protocols with the institutions of Kyrgzstan in a short time.”

“Let’s share our experience with sister university”

The President of OSTİM Technical University Prof. Dr. Murat Yülek, by expressing his sympathy towards Kyrgyzstan, said “We are not two different country.”

Stressing that OSTİM Technical University is the only university in the world found by industrial cooperation, Yülek said: “Our campus is consisted of 6 thousands factory. The academicians work in this site. We produce so many things. Also we want to share this experience with sister university. We have aggreements with universities in Azarbaijan and Uzbekistan on dual degree. Our English Prep books with unique content are used in Azarbaijan and we wish them to be used in Kyrgyzstan, too.”

In ths scope of the program, a cooperation protocol is signed between OSTİM Technical University and State Government Academy and National Science Academy Institute of Mechanical and Automation and State Technical University on behalf of İshak Razagov.
