Automatic Bottle Labeling System is a system that enables automatic labeling of bottles/vials used in the pharmaceutical industry and can print SKT and LOT numbers on the labels on the line with inkjet technology. At the same time, the system is capable of reading the pharmacodes on the label with an industrial camera. The position of the print head that prints on the label can be adjusted according to the label size. The bottles to be labeled are separated from each other by the separation mechanism located at the line entrance. The printing verification on the label is done on the label applicator and the defective labels are removed with the piston or compressed air on the line. The system is capable of performing OCR/OCV with a high-speed industrial camera and lighting system.

It can feed the boxing line at the exit of the system, which can be integrated into the production line with the help of a turn-table. It can also be used offline with double turn-tables, if needed. Thanks to these options, the system is freed from problems such as overturning and tilting on the line. The system, whose design tests have been carried out with various bottle-shaped packages used in different industries, is of high stability.

This product, which has many applications in the pharmaceutical industry, can also be used for the serialization of pesticides within the scope of plant protection or for different industries.
