Our company, Alfacom, started its first commercial activity in Nigeria in 2000 as Alphacom Communications Limited. The first mission of the company, which was established at that time, was to sell and after-service the telecommunication systems of large oil and gas industries. In the developing process, Alphacom has turned into a company that creates the appropriate solution with all kinds of telecommunication, Local and Wide Area Networks (LAN / WAN), transmission equipment in the corporate field and easily manages the after-sales service activities of the created solution.

Alfacom Communication Industry and Trade Ltd. was established in 2004 in order to evaluate the experience gained in Turkey at the same time. Sti. was established.

Developing its experience in the telecommunication sector on IP PBX, IP Phone, IVR, WFM and voice recording systems, it has also risen to the position of a solution partner, which creates the appropriate solution for the Call Center requirements where all of these are combined and can provide support services with its own team for this solution.

In addition, it produces brand-independent solutions in order to provide solutions to its customers' projects on structured cabling, wireless access and weak current, which allow the use of IP systems.
