Bridge Beams and Rails |
| It is manufactured in different shapes such as box beam, I profile beam, lattice mesh beam. The difference between the systems is determined by the place and purpose of application. The rails on the bridge are generally square-section solid profile. |

Bridge Heads and Wheels |
| It is usually of the box beam type. In some projects, special sheet metal construction multi-wheel system is applied (in high tonnages). The headers are attached to the bridge beam with bolts. Cast steel wheels are finalized with a special turning process. Different types and sizes of bearings are used in the bearings, depending on the crane type and tonnage. |

Bridge Movement |
| The bridge is moved synchronously with the geared electric motors on both heads. In some special cases, movement can be provided with a single motor-reducer on the bridge and a shaft system extending to both heads. Movement can be single speed, double speed or variable speed (inverter system) according to need. Precise speeds are provided by double-speed electric motors or planetary gearboxes. Hydraulic coupling is used in high tonnage systems. |

Lifting System |
The system consisting of electric motor, brake, reducer, coupling, drum and rope is used together in different combinations.- Brake system is disc brake in light tonnages, electro-hydraulic brake solvent system is applied in heavy tonnage or other open systems.
- Steel wire rope is used in the lifting system.
- Single drum and twin drum systems are applied in the drum.
- In the rope system, 2/1, 4/1, 8/2 hardware systems are applied. Especially in dam cranes, 8/2 hardware is preferred because it does not allow horizontal movement (walking) of the load during lifting.
- In some applications, it is preferred that the final gear of the reducer is placed on the drum and the gearbox type is chosen small.
- There are limit switches that can be adjusted according to the lowest and highest position of the hook in the lifting system.
- Rope winding drum, steel sheet bending, welding construction manufacturing and grooved turning.

Load Hook |
- The load hook is manufactured according to DIN 687.
- The load hook can rotate freely around its axis and is ball bearing.
- There is a spring lock mechanism on the load hook that prevents the rope from coming off.
- Load hooks are made of forged steel.

- Bridge/car driving and lifting system electricity is transported in different ways according to demand or project needs.

- Electric motors 380 V. 50 Hz. They are short-circuit rotor or ring asynchronous electric motors operating in three-phase network.
- There are contactor, thermal protector, fuse, phase protection system (emergency stop) in the control circuits, and the main contactor that cuts the main circuit.

General Specifications |
- Steel wire rope reels are cast steel in GS 52 quality and are enclosed in sheet metal to prevent the rope from coming off.
- Pinion gear wheels C8620, large gear wheels C8640, shafts are made of C1050 quality material and are hardened by cementation or nitriding.
- Maintenance platforms can be applied on one or both sides of the bridge.
- Bridge and car movement is restrained by rubber pads. Special buffers with hydraulic damping are used in heavy tonnage systems.
- In the walkway, there can be square-section full profile rails, as well as special rail profiles with mushroom heads.
