Apex Paints and Coatings plant in August of 2007. I Osler Street 36 5 / in the address, the establishment began its activities over 830 m ² closed area with electrostatic powder coating process.

The basic sections of the facility can be listed as spray surface cleaning line, drying oven, powder coating booth, baking oven and conveyor line. The spray surface cleaning line of our facility consists of degreasing bath, phosphating bath, rinsing and passivation tanks. Surface cleaning and coating is done by spraying the chemical substance in the tanks at the bottom of the spray line by means of pressure from the nozzles.

The parts coming out of the spray line come to the drying oven and then to the paint booth, respectively. Thanks to two different windows standing in a diagonal position in the paint booth, the parts can be painted on both sides at the same time. The paint booth used has a filter system and a recycled powder paint system. In this system, dust particles are not fragmented, so the quality of the surface appearance of the paint in the transformation does not deteriorate. After the paint booth, the metal parts come to the baking oven.

There is a 112-meter conveyor line in our facility, metal parts can be taken from the same point in a coated and painted form after hanging from one point of this line. Parts up to 2.5m*0.9m*0.6m in size can be painted in our facility.

The control and temperature values of all sections in the facility can be followed from the control panel on the electrical unit.

The chemical substance used in our facility is more advantageous than other systems in terms of human health and environmental cleanliness. Phosphate coating of both aluminum and DKP sheet material can be done with the chemical used.
