The Fit-Up system is a system that shortens the assembly time of large diameter and heavy parts in the production of cylindrical parts and reduces the need for cranes and operators.

Fit-Up systems basically consist of 2 main converter sets. Although the number of converters increases according to the piece tonnage; The height of the parts to each other is adjusted with the fixed rotating system. Other rotating systems are movable and move forward as they add to the part and basically make the rotation movement of the part. Serious man-hour savings can be achieved by quickly finishing the welding of the parts assembled on the fit-up systems by means of the column boom. Basically in the fit up system; It includes 2 motorized and 2 rotator systems, as well as a fixed converter set that makes mounting and height adjustment.
