Description: Asphalt Mixers are used to mix bitumen samples for Compression, Marshall Stability, Splitting Tensile tests and other tests that require Homogeneity.

It is equipped with a variable speed drive that allows various speeds to be set. The rotation speed can be easily adjusted with the potentiometer on the device.

The mixing paddle rotates at 10 to 240 rpm in the mixing bowl orbit. in the range, around its axis from 20 to 480 rpm. rotates with speed.

Mixing time can be adjusted with a timer on the mixer.

The bituminous mix must be prepared at a certain temperature, so the Asphalt Mixer should be used with a Thermostat controlled Heater.

The mixer is supplied with the Mixing Bowl and its palette.

Electric Heater must be ordered separately.
