Smart Traffic Light

Besides working as a Traffic Signal Lamp, it can also be used as a Flasher by adjusting with a simple DIP Switch. These flashers can be programmed with internal DIP Switches to work synchronously without any main control unit and to turn on/off instantly or in slow mode.
