1. Transfer of Beneficiary due to injury or serious illness in case of accident

In the event the Beneficiary becomes suddenly ill or is injured as a result of an accident under this policy, it is necessary to transport the Company Beneficiary to the nearest appropriate medical center or from one medical center to another by ambulance or accompanying doctor and any other means of transport deemed most appropriate by the Company's doctor. Transfer from one medical center to another will be provided only if the medical center does not have the necessary equipment and medical team to treat the patient. A medical report issued by the treating doctor is required for the transfer to be made. It is valid in Turkey, the TRNC, the rest of Europe and the Mediterranean countries. Only the Company doctor can decide on the air ambulance service. Only valid abroad.

2. Transfer to Permanent Residence after discharge

In the event that the Beneficiary is discharged following the end of his inpatient treatment in a medical center as a result of serious illness or serious injury in the event of an accident covered by this policy, he cannot continue the trip and cannot use the transportation vehicle that the Beneficiary used for the original trip to return to Permanent Residence. If it is decided by the doctor of the Company, the Company will cover the necessary expenses for the transportation of the Beneficiary to the Permanent Residence by ambulance or the accompanying doctor and any other means of transport deemed most appropriate by the doctor of the Company. A medical report issued by the treating doctor is required for the transfer to be made.

3. Transfer of deceased Beneficiary

In case of death of the beneficiary as a result of sudden illness or injury under this policy, the Company; He will organize the transport of the body to the Place of Permanent Residence for burial. Funeral and burial expenses are not covered.

4. Transfer of accompanying Beneficiaries

If one of the Beneficiaries is unable to travel due to serious illness or accidental injury, the Company will pay the costs of transportation to the Accompanying Beneficiaries' Residences or the relevant hospital.
If one such person is a child under the age of 15 and there is no other person to accompany him/her, the Company will assign a person to accompany him/her during his/her transfer to his/her home or hospital location.

5. Travel of a family member due to treatment to the beneficiary

The Company will cover unlimited travel expenses for a family member to the location of the hospital in case the Beneficiary has to stay in the hospital for more than 6 days due to sudden illness or injury due to the policy coverage.

6. Accommodation of one of the Beneficiary's family members due to the treatment to be given to the Beneficiary

The company will cover the accommodation expenses (Standard room + breakfast) for a family member up to the specified limit, limited to a maximum of 7 days at the hospital location, in case the insured becomes ill or injured due to the reasons covered by the policy.

7. Travel expenses incurred after the death of a close family member

When the Insured has to interrupt his/her trip due to the death of a close family member (spouse, children, siblings, parent) at the Place of Permanent Residence, the Company will organize the return of the Insured to the Permanent Residence. Documents received from the competent authorities regarding the death must be submitted to Tur Assist.

This benefit is only possible if the Beneficiary is not able to use the means of return that he has previously arranged for his original journey.

8. Travel expenses due to damage to the home

In cases where the Beneficiary's home becomes uninhabitable due to theft, fire or explosion, or due to the risk of excessive damage, the Company will pay the costs of returning the Insured to the Insured's Permanent Residence if the Insured is required to be in his home. It is necessary to submit the reports received from the competent authorities regarding the damage in the house to Tur Assist. (Like insurance company or police report). This benefit is only available if the Beneficiary is unable to use the means of return that he or she would have previously arranged for the original trip.

9. Organization of drug delivery

The Company will organize the delivery of medicines, which are urgently written by the relevant doctor and cannot be found in the Insured's travel destination, to the Insured. Medication costs will be covered by the Insured, transportation costs will be covered by the Company.

11. Medical Consultation

Upon the request of the beneficiary, medical consultancy services will be provided to the insured by the Company doctor 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, in case of emergency health problems, and an ambulance will be sent if necessary. No medical diagnosis will be made in the counseling service, and no medication will be recommended.

Yacht Guarantees

1. Supply of a replacement yacht

During the maintenance/repair processes of the Insured's damaged or malfunctioning yacht, the Company offers boats and charters in line with the Insured's needs and demands, in line with the desired specifications and budget. The Company organizes between the charter company and the Insured for the Yacht to be delivered to the marina requested by the Insured. The insured is obliged to comply with all procedures applied by the charterer company while taking delivery of the boat. All expenses related to rental transactions are covered by the Insured. This guarantee is valid in Çeşme, Didim, Marmaris, Bodrum, Göcek coastal areas.

2. Rent-a-car in case the yacht has an accident

If the repair of the accidently damaged yacht exceeds 48 hours, the Beneficiaries may wish to hire a vehicle to continue the voyage or to return to their residence. In this case, they will be provided with a rental vehicle twice a year for a maximum period of 48 hours, provided that the rental price is not more than 200 €/TL.

3. Transportation of technical team

In case the yacht cannot be repaired by the local repairmen in the area where the accident occurred, the technical team to be found and notified by the Beneficiary will be transported to the region by the company.

4. Sending a Temporary Captain

In case of accidental injury or sudden illness of the Captain, a temporary Captain will be sent to replace him. (The Beneficiary is responsible for finding and reporting the location of the Temporary Captain.

5. Delivery of Spare Keys

In case the beneficiary's keys are lost, stolen or damaged, he will organize the transportation of the spare key from the permanent residence to the marina where the yacht is located (two) 2 times a year.

5. Travel of Beneficiaries following the accident of the Insured Yacht

Following the accident of the Insured Yacht, the Beneficiary's travel to the Permanent Residence will be covered. This benefit is only possible if the Beneficiary is unable to use the means of transport to be used for the return purpose that he has previously arranged for the original voyage.

7. Returning the crew who went to their place of residence if found after the yacht's breakdown

9. Surety in Legal Actions

He will deposit the financial surety fee demanded from the Beneficiary, arising from the rules or laws that the Beneficiary does not unknowingly obey, which is not considered a crime, to the competent authorities. The maximum amount within the scope of this benefit is 2,500 € / TL. (as a loan)

10. Legal Consultation

Upon the request of the beneficiary, he will be contacted by giving a lawyer reference regarding the subject he needs. This service is a purely organizational service and all costs will be covered by the Beneficiary.

11. Cash advance abroad

In case of loss or theft of wallet, credit card, baggage, unexpected illness and accident, cash advances will be given as a debt within the limit in order to meet the first urgent needs of the Insured. Before this amount is given to the customer, a person authorized by the Insured must pay this amount to the Company or guarantee it with a document. The insured must in any case provide a certified report of the emergency from the competent authorities.

12. General Information Service (Only valid in Turkey.)

The service of transmitting the touristic information that may be required regarding the insured's travel and information provided in Turkey on issues such as accommodation, transportation and health institutions will be provided.

13. Delivery of Spare Parts

If the spare part that will enable the movement of the yacht cannot be found at the place where the yacht is repaired, the company will organize the finding and sending of the spare part. The cost of the spare part supplied and the customs duties will be paid by the Beneficiary, while the transportation costs will be paid by the company up to the specified limit.

14. Fuel and water supply to the yacht

16. End of season maintenance and Wintering services

At the request of the Insured, the Company will make the necessary organization for the end of season wintering procedures of the yacht in the marina where the yacht is located, and all expenses will be borne by the insured. 17. Technical Assistance

18. Rental Car Organization

19. Airport Transfer and Welcome / Arrival-Departure Organizations of the Guests

The connection in the organization services will be provided by the Company, and the expenses related to the services to be received will be paid by the Insured. 20. Flight Ticket Reservation

The Company will provide flight information at the request of the Insured, make reservations on behalf of the Insured where possible, and all expenses incurred will be paid by the Insured.

21. Social and Cultural Counseling

22. Supply of all kinds of cleaning materials

The Company will organize the procurement of cleaning materials from a supplier at a maximum distance of 50 km from the marina to which the Insured is affiliated. The company is only responsible for the organization and the related materials and transportation costs will be covered by the Insured. The Company is not responsible for the inability to provide the service if the related materials are not 50 km away or are exhausted despite the Insured's request.

23. Yacht international departure procedures

In line with the Insured's request from the Company before the cruise, information will be provided about all documents required for the yacht's foreign entry and exit transactions and consultancy services will be provided. The responsibility of the Company regarding the relevant documents will consist of providing information. All paperwork will be directed to the relevant agencies to carry out the transactions in line with the Insured's request. The company will only provide consultancy services for all these transactions, and all costs will be borne by the insured. This guarantee is valid in the coastal region of Çeşme, Didim, Marmaris, Bodrum, Göcek.

24. All maritime official transactions

In case the Insured requests information about marinas in Turkey, the Company will provide the necessary information to the Insured. In addition, if the Insured requests, information will be given about the documents required for safe navigation on commercial and private boats. The responsibility of the Company regarding the relevant services consists of providing information, and the receipt and supply of documents will be provided by the insured.

25. Guidance Services

Marina and Ground Ground Organization: The Company will make reservations in advance according to the availability of space at the marinas it will stop by during the cruise from one point to another in Turkish waters, in line with the Insured's pre-cruise request. The Company will not be liable in cases where there are no vacant places in the marinas. In such cases, the Company may offer alternative solutions to the Insured for accommodation at other points.

Local Information: In case the insured calls the Company during or before the trip and requests information, Tur Assist will provide the Insured with consultancy services on issues to be considered when entering and exiting marinas in Turkish waters, distance between marinas and similar issues. In case the insured requests touristic information about marinas and their surroundings, the Company will provide the insured with the necessary information about marinas, bays and touristic routes.

Cruise Route Consultancy: In case the insured requests information by calling the Company during or before the voyage, the Company will provide consultancy services regarding the cruise route in Turkish waters upon the request of the Insured. It will organize the service and all costs that may occur will be borne by the Insured.

Information about translation offices and interpreting services will be given and organization will be made where possible.

27. Forwarding emergency messages

Upon the insured's request, the Company will ensure that urgent or necessary messages are delivered regarding the issues covered by all the above-mentioned items.

General Conditions

  • The liability of the Company in case of any claim is subject to the condition that the Insured requesting compensation or benefit complies with the terms of this Policy,
  • For the claim under this Policy, the Insured;
    • It will take all reasonable measures to minimize damage.
    • He will telephone the Company as soon as possible to notify the request stating the desired benefits.
    • It will freely provide all necessary information and documents (hospital report, prescriptions, medical examination reports, receipts, invoices, etc.) to the Company in order to provide the full service.
    • No payment, commitment, offer or liability will be accepted.
  • The company will not accept refund requests.
  • The Insured, however, has to make a claim according to the Social Insurance System in the Country of Permanent Residence or, if applicable, according to the special systems that replace these organizations or institutions, and is obliged to reimburse the Company the amounts to which he is entitled under this coverage.
  • Business trips of people who work manually, physically and constantly with machinery will be excluded. Touristic and educational travels of persons working in this way, without being active in business matters, will be covered by the guarantee.
  • Those who work intellectually and manually in the work areas of the occupational groups listed in Article 4 and in areas considered dangerous will be excluded from the coverage. (For example, engineers and accountants working at the construction site or field)
  • The Company will not be held liable if the Company cannot fulfill any of the benefits specifically stipulated in this policy due to force majeure.
  • In the event of illness or injury, the Insured will release treating physicians from the obligation to keep patient information confidential and authorize them to provide all evidence and information to the Company.   • The company's doctors must be able to freely examine the Insured. If this is refused by the Insured, the Company will not be responsible for organizing the service and covering the costs.
