The standard mold springs produced by Çakır Yay are listed in the table below, and Yayse Yay designs and manufactures special mold springs in line with the demands of its customers.

General recommendations on Die Spring Selection and Usage;
- The lightest and longest spring required by the working conditions should be selected.
- The working distance should never exceed the maximum closing rate shown above. These two issues should be considered when the mold is opened.
- At least 5% pressure should be applied to the springs placed in the mold.
- The same level of table should be provided for each spring.
- Spring adjustment bolt should be used to prevent distortion and breakage.
- The diameter of the slot where the spring will work should be wider than the outer diameter of the spring, and the diameter of the spring adjustment bolt should be smaller than the diameter of the spring hole.
