Integrated Management Systems Policy

As OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone (OIZ) Directorate, in order to ensure sustainable success in all areas where we serve our industrialists, we undertake to:

  • Manage our Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, Customer Satisfaction, Energy Management, and Information Security Management System processes within an integrated structure, based on a risk and opportunity-oriented approach,
  • Accurately understand customer needs and expectations and meet them in a timely and complete manner,
  • Disseminate a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization,
  • Identify and control environmental impacts arising from our activities,
  • Use natural resources efficiently, reduce waste to prevent pollution, and encourage recycling,
  • Prevent occupational accidents, work-related illnesses, and near-miss incidents by ensuring employee and employee representative participation and providing safe and healthy working conditions,
  • Assess all types of risks defined within management systems and take necessary measures accordingly,
  • Handle customer complaints in a fair, impartial, transparent, and confidential manner,
  • Resolve complaints quickly and effectively,
  • Consider customer feedback as an opportunity for improvement,
  • Increase energy efficiency and reduce energy consumption,
  • Support the procurement of materials and services with low carbon emissions in operations and purchasing processes,
  • Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information,
  • Protect our information assets through a risk assessment approach,
  • Implement preventive and detective controls against cyber threats,
  • Increase awareness through continuous training of our employees and encourage their active participation in the implementation of our management systems,
  • Measure the performance of all management systems through periodic reviews, set objectives aligned with our strategic direction, and continuously improve our systems,
  • Regularly analyze internal and external contexts and take stakeholder expectations into account,

Fully comply with national and international legal requirements and applicable regulations related to our activities.
