Hot oil boiler Manufacturing and Material:
The hot oil circulation pipes of the boiler are made of steel seamless drawn pipe with a diameter of 70/76 (DIN 17175(35-8)) resistant to 80 A fire.
The front cover of the boiler is covered with special fire concrete or brick.
In the middle of the boiler rear camber, there is an explosion cover that will not leak smoke gas.
There are oil diverters on the boiler wall.
Insulation :
Hot oil Boiler body is 100 mm thick, collector connection pipes are 50 mm thick, insulated with rock wool with a density of 60 kg/m3 resistant to 550 cC, covered with 1 mm galvanized sheet, and cord is drawn on the metal joints.
Other Additions and Parts of Boiler Body:
Expansion Tank:
The expansion tank has a floating float to accommodate the expansion that will occur due to heating in the existing heat transfer oil in the installation. The float diameter of the expansion tank is close to the diameter of the expansion tank in a construction that will not contact the open air continuously in order to prevent possible corrosion in the hot oil. It has a level indicator and a level control.
Degasser (Deaerator) :
The deaerator, which has a special construction made of stainless steel, has the capacity to degas at least 100 m3 of heat transfer oil per hour in order to evacuate the gases that may occur in the system during operation with the possible air and steam mixture in the heat transfer oil. The deaerator is insulated with 60 kg/m3 rock wool resistant to 550 oC temperature with 70 mm thickness and covered with 1 mm thick galvanized sheet and a cord is drawn at the joints. In addition to the deaerator gas discharge, it is manufactured in a structure that will ensure the boiler to be stable and long-lasting.
Automatic Control Devices:
In addition to the necessary controls for the fully automatic operation of the Boiler Burner, there is a temperature and pressure adjustment scheme that allows the temperature to decrease, to increase, to decrease and increase in pressure, with high and low pressure control. The control devices to be installed in the installation ensure the safe operation of the plant in terms of quality and quantity. There are 3 thermostatic controls, 2 high and low pressure control devices. There is a thermostat on the hot oil outlet and return pipes. When the oil level limits are exceeded, the alarm horn and the light warning system are activated and the burner is disabled. There are high and low pressure contacts on it.
Hot Oil Filter:
In order to protect the pump and other measuring devices from foreign particles, 1 hot oil filter with a filtering capacity of 100 m3/hour is mounted on the pump suction. The filter is air-cleaned when necessary and equipped with oil discharge valve connection flanges, cleaning cap and necessary fittings.
Hot Oil Supply Tank:
Hot oil supply tank with a capacity of 500 lt is supplied to the system with the help of an electric motor driven supply pump of suitable capacity.
Fuel Tanks:
Fuel Tank (Preheater Tank):
In order to preserve the fuel-oil coming to the main tanks in the intermediate circuit, 1 tank with a volume of 500 lt and containing a heater is mounted on the fuel circuit.
Valves (Valves):
The external valve to be installed in the necessary places of the hot oil boiler, the air evacuation system and the pistons of the valves in the by-pass circuit are of a special type, the pistons of which are ground and the volcanized seal made of Teflon, which will not be affected by the heat transfer oil at 300oC. In addition, 2 piston oil inlet and outlet valves are attached to the collector.
Chimney :
There is a chimney device suitable for the place where the hot oil boiler will be mounted.
