Proportional (Weight) Controlled Salt Spreaders

Salt Spreader Technical Features:
Salt spreaders consist of five main parts as electronic control panel, hydraulic system, proportional control, stock chamber and spreader assembly.

Depending on the capacity of salt spreaders, the carrier system is manufactured in three ways.

with conveyor belt system (3 m3 – 4 m3 – 5 m3)
with chain band system (5 m3 7 m3 9 m3)
with spiral system (1 m3 2 m3 3 m3 5 m3)


Salt spreader electronic control panel functions

If desired, a gprs system can be installed on the electronic control panel, and the location of the vehicle and the instantaneous activities of the operator can be seen from the vehicle tracking center.

Precautions : When the vehicle stops during paving, the system automatically stops paving in order to avoid piling up.
As soon as the vehicle moves, the laying starts automatically where it left off.
In addition, the auger does not move without the spreader running.
