The side walls of the U tunnel type baking ovens sold in our company are produced using sandwich panels with a thickness of 15 cm. Auto line baking ovens, in which circulation is made with a radial fan, use grilles to ensure homogeneous heat distribution. The wet paint and powder paint ovens sold are with thermoblock and are completely made of stainless steel sheet.

In the U tunnel type baking ovens sold within our company; Exhaust fan can be installed according to the wishes of our customers, and the exhaust fan is standard in the wet paint booths we produce. Auto line tunnel type baking ovens of our company are painted with electrostatic paint and only certified materials are used on the panel. The doors of the wet paint and powder paint baking ovens are hinged and are insulated with silicone material to prevent leakage. All of our wet paint and powder paint baking ovens are approved by İGDAŞ and have TSE guarantee. In addition, since the heating times of the furnaces we produce are very short, it provides our customers with both time and cost advantages.

• 52 kg/m3 and 5 cm thick rock wool and 14 kg/m3 and 10 cm thick glass wool are used as insulation material.
