M series gearboxes are helical gear reducers in the quality of known YILMAZ REDUKTOR. Yılmaz Reduktor has developed M series gearboxes according to the single body (monoblock) principle, which provides great advantages in rigidity, impermeability, noise and gear strength. The body made of GG20-22 material responds to the high qualities we have achieved in gear tolerances with high technology. M series gearboxes have easy assembly and flexible use. The motor connection of the gearboxes can be standard coupled, in accordance with IEC B5 or B14, depending on the customer's request. All models are offered as two or three stages in a single body with feet.

TT Series gearboxes are helical geared two-stage motorless hollow shaft gearboxes produced according to the monoblock body principle. Thanks to its monoblock body structure, body axes are processed in one operation, providing high manufacturing precision. Gear placements in TT Series gearboxes, which have only two stages, are optimized so that the body volume is minimal. Thus, it was possible to give high torque values in a smaller volume. The body cast from GG20 pig material and the gears of high quality ground and hardened cementation steel are manufactured under constant control under the quality control system. TT Series gearboxes can be installed in smaller volumes thanks to their hollow shaft and compact body structure. It is mounted on the machine with the torque arm connection holes given on the body. TT series produced without a motor are generally driven by belt-pulley mechanisms. Therefore, while selecting the gear unit, the selection should be made according to the gear unit input speed and the radial load value that will occur on the input shaft should be checked according to the permissible radial load values given in the catalogue.


YILMAZ REDUKTOR V series gearboxes are helical gear, three-stage winch drum drive gearboxes produced according to the monoblock body principle. Thanks to its monoblock body structure, body axes are processed in one operation, providing high manufacturing precision. Bolt connection in V series gearboxes is made directly from the ears on the body. No long studs or bolts required. In this way, the connection made is more rigid. Input and output axes are kept as open as possible. It is aimed to use large diameter drums for high rope life. In V series gearboxes, the output shaft bearing length is long and the body width is wide. The radial load carrying capability of the gearbox has been increased by the use of high bearing length and tapered roller bearings. Thanks to the wide gears used in the reducer, higher ISO / FEM classes can be met in a smaller volume. The body cast from GG20 - GG22 pig material and the gears of high quality ground and hardened cementation steel can be manufactured by keeping them under constant control under the quality control system. Output shafts are produced as multi-keyed in different sizes according to DIN 5480. It can be used with double or single speed, brake motors according to the customer's request. V series gearboxes with five body sizes can be used for tonnages in the range of 0.5 - 50.

E series gearboxes bring ease of assembly and flexibility with their changeable body system that can be connected from all sides. Flange and output shaft connections are suitable for multiple alternative installations. Aluminum injection casting is used in the bodies from E30 to E80, and cast iron body material is used in the E100 and E125 bodies.

Y series gearboxes are industrial type gearboxes designed to work under very heavy conditions. In these types, there are different types of connection between the reducer and the driving mechanism (such as mechanical and hydraulic couplings, various types of belts and chain drives). Body and cover of Y series gearboxes are cast from GGG40 material. Gears are made of high-quality ground, hardened steel. Body, bearing and gear strength safety values are kept high. It can be used with cooling in places where the ambient temperature is high. For extruder applications, the YRE type with an extruder throat, which is cast in one piece with the body, is designed specifically to withstand high axial loads.

B series gearboxes are horizontal type industrial gearboxes with conical input. Input and output shafts are perpendicular to each other. YILMAZ REDUKTOR prioritizes power density in its new products. The new B series models are also products designed on this principle. Products with high power density are based on the principle of delivering the highest power in the smallest possible volume. However, as the volumes decrease, the thermal loads of the gearboxes increase. For this reason, improved oil and seal properties in new products, many cooling alternatives apart from high efficiency are offered with the product as standard. Another innovation in new products is ease of assembly. Versatile connection, direct motor coupling, flanged connection possibilities are the features developed for this purpose. Due to its versatile coupling features, additional features such as independent or coupled forced lubrication, expansion tank are offered in accordance with the mounting position. Providing flexible solutions in line with customer needs is another basic principle. For high radial loads and mixers, reinforced front bearing neck and extended bearing length, mechanical lock for applications where one-way operation is required such as conveyors or elevators, brakes for execution or lifting applications, shrink disk for impact operations are some of the standard solutions.

K series gearboxes are helical bevel gear units with monoblock body in the well-known YILMAZ REDUKTOR quality. It is designed for situations where the angle between the input and output shafts should be 90° and where high efficiency and strength are required. K series gearboxes are produced with the versatile connection options of the E series, as well as the monoblock and high efficiency features of the M series, with high torque. Flange connection on the body It can be mounted on the machine with a torque arm or with a torque arm. It is produced with hollow shaft, output shaft, compression ring, output flange or without flange.

D series gearboxes are helical gear reducers with monoblock body in the quality of known YILMAZ REDUKTOR. D series gearboxes provide ease of assembly and compactness for many application areas due to their hollow shaft. These models are produced with flange, body connection, hollow shaft suspension connection or a combination of these. Hollow shaft gearboxes are designed in a modular system, as in worm screw models. Output shafts and output flanges can be added to the standard product later. There are connection holes that allow connection from both sides of the body. Flexibility has also been introduced in the motor connections of hollow shaft gearboxes. IEC B5 or B14, standard coupled or non-motorized shaft input models are available. Changes are minimized in combinations with other endless and monoblock models. It replaces worm screw reducers in application areas where high strength and efficiency come to the fore, and provides great advantages in terms of radial loads.
