1-Lung Graph:

When it is necessary to examine the lungs radiologically during the employment and periodic examinations of those working in dusty and chemical works, it is of great importance to carry out advanced examinations such as tomography spirometric examination, in the evaluation of conformity.

In this context;

1 - PA Lung Film

2 - Lung Tomography

3 - Lateral Lung Film

4 - Cypirometric examinations are carried out.

The results of lung examinations are presented in a report with information on occupational exposure.

2- Pulmonary Function Test

For those working in dusty and chemical works, this test is performed at the entrance and pyrodic examinations, and the lung to be extracted is evaluated together with the PA.

3- Ear Audio Test

Audiological examination tests are carried out in accordance with ISO 8-1983 international standards. Measurement results are evaluated in accordance with ISO 1999 and American standard ANSI - S3 - 1 classification. is reported.

4- Whole Blood

It is a necessary test in order to obtain data that can help to make the diagnosis. 18-22 parameters are checked in the complete blood count and the results are evaluated together with other findings.

5- Heavy Metal and Chemical Tests in Blood

In accordance with the "Heavy and Dangerous Work Regulations", these are the examinations carried out to evaluate the conditions of workers working in sectors where there is a risk of heavy metal mixing in the blood. These mainly consist of mercury, cadmium, nickel, lead, arsenic, urine phenol, hippuric acid, etc.

6- Tetanus Vaccine

It is a preventive health service provided as a precaution against the risk of tetanus disease that may arise from the working environment.

7- Other Tests and Vaccines to be Determined According to Risk Groups

Considering that each sector has its own risk, there are many examinations for the workers working in the workplaces. As a result of the risk research to be carried out according to the sector, examination determinations should be made and applied. Other vaccines should be applied if necessary.

8- Eye Examination

It is the necessary examination and examination to detect eye defects and necessary treatment methods within the scope of the "Display Devices" Regulation.

B- Examinations that form the basis for porter examination According to Articles 126 and 127 of UHK No. 1593, it is stated that "Those who come into contact with food must obtain a health report every 3 months stating that they do not carry an infectious disease".

Examinations Constituting the Basis of Porter Examination

Pursuant to Articles 126 and 127 of UHK numbered 1593, it is stated that "Those who come into contact with food must receive a health report every 3 months stating that they do not carry an infectious disease".

Investigations that support the examination:

1- Chest X-ray As per the commanding provision of the Public Health Law No. 1593, those who come into contact with food are ordered to have themselves examined and get a health report stating that they do not have a contagious disease.

2- Stool culture is a necessary examination for workers working in the food industry. The purpose of the examination is to detect the agents of infectious diseases that can be found in the digestive system.

3- Galta parasite is a necessary examination for workers working in the food industry. It is an examination to look for parasites against the risk of infectious diseases.

4- Nasal culture is a necessary examination for workers working in the food industry. Again, within the scope of infectious diseases, especially staphylococcus aureus is sought.

5- Throat culture is a necessary examination for workers working in the food industry. Again, within the scope of infectious diseases, beta hemolytic streptococcus is sought in the throat.

6- Hand culture is a necessary examination for workers working in the food industry. It is done against the risk of infectious diseases.

7- Hepatitis B screening is a necessary test for workers working in the food industry. It is done against the risk of hepatitis B contamination.

8- Hepatitis B Vaccine (For those with Negative Screening) Vaccination is given to workers whose hepatitis B screening is negative.

9- Influenza vaccine is a necessary examination for workers working in the food industry. It is done against the risk of contagious diseases.

Occupational Health and Safety Environment Measurements

A) Noise Measurement

B) Drawing the Noise Map

C) Lighting Measurement

D) Temperature Measurement

E) Humidity Measurement

F) Airflow Velocity Measurement

G) Dust Measurement

H) Gas Measurement

i) Vibration measurements (hand-arm and body vibration in buildings, machines, continuous vibration and vibration caused by impact).

Definitions;

Thermal Definitions:

It means that the majority of the employees in the enterprises are in a certain comfort while maintaining their physical and mental activities in terms of climatic conditions such as temperature, humidity and air flow. Thermal comfort measurement is a parameter that shows ideal temperature and humidity conditions for the industry.

Noise measurement:

Noise is generally defined as an unwanted disturbing sound. Noise in the industry is defined as the sounds that negatively affect the hearing health and perception of the workers in the workplaces, leave physiological and psychological effects and negatively affect the work efficiency.

Lighting Measurement:

All kinds of work in the enterprises can be carried out without any problems, and most importantly, the protection of the eye health of the employees is necessary in order to see all the details required by the quality standards in good lighting works.

Vibration Measurements:

Generally, people using motor vehicles or mechanical propulsion devices are exposed to mechanical vibrations. Measurements are made for the pre-detection of machine malfunctions with vibration measurement in enterprises. The basic process in machine maintenance consists of comparing the vibration level record of a healthy machine with the records taken in measurements made at certain periods.

Gas Measurement:

Gases are spread to the environment during the processes in the enterprises. Employers are obliged to prevent work accidents and occupational diseases with an effective ventilation system. This means that the gases in the workplace ambient air should be measured and monitored. Generally, iron-steel, petro-chemistry, plastic, paint and welding works are required. in the enterprises where it is made, foundries, etc. workplaces have this problem.

Dust Measurement:

Solid particles with a particle size of less than 300 microns, which are mixed in air or a gas, are classified as dust. Dust that restricts the field of view and reduces work efficiency in the workplace causes occupational diseases. The tape sizes of the dusts that reach the alveoli in the lungs through respiration and accumulate there and cause the disease called pneumoconiosis are between 0.5-5 microns.

It is necessary to control the dust generated as a result of the works such as stones, wood, grain, minerals, metals etc. extracted from the mines, carrying, filling and unloading, grinding, spraying, grinding etc.
