Risk Analysis

Risk analysis:

Identifying potential hazards that may occur during operational activities and assessing the risks related to them, thus ensuring that the methods and principles for taking control measures related to expected or potential risks are systematically determined, and to minimize injuries and health deterioration.

Hazardous and Risk Assessment Studies:

 

A) At the start of work - immediately after the establishment of the workplace and starting production, if the workplace has not been established yet and risk analysis and evaluation studies have never been carried out,

B) In the event of a change in work, place, hand, technology in the workplace in different situations, the emergence of a new serious danger, the detection of a new situation while the applications are being reviewed, and the realization of one of the situations,

C) In case of an accident, work accident, occupational disease or event, etc., which may affect the whole or a large part of the workplace, in the event of a work accident, occupational disease, event, etc.,

D) It can be done at regular intervals depending on the nature of the hazards arising from the workplace and the affected area and the risks arising as a result of these hazards and the degree of change in activities or work.

Hazardous and Risk Evaluation is carried out in our workplace as follows:

 

1 - Risk analysis efforts will be continuously monitored by the relevant unit authorities, and improvement studies will be carried out by reducing risk scores with the implementation of control measures.

2 - The identified risks must be continuously monitored until they are reduced to an acceptable level.

3 - If the risks are reduced to an acceptable level, the continuity of the measures taken should be monitored so that their probability and severity do not increase.

The methods included in the risk assessment methodologies can be defined as follows;

1 - Initial hazard analysis - PHA

2 - Occupational safety analysis - JSA

3 - Primary risk analysis using checklist

4 - Risk assessment character matrix methodology

5 - Hazard and operational study methodology - HAZOP

6 - Security audit

7 - Fault tree analysis methodology - FTA

8 - Possible failure modes and impact analysis methodology - FMEA/FMECA

9 - Event tree analysis - ETA

10 - Cause - Effect analysis

Emergency Plans, Fire Fighting and First Aid:

Training, drills and consultancy services are provided to businesses in order to obtain information about the fire hazard in workplaces and what to do in case of fire, and the precautions to be taken against fire.
