The employer, in order to determine the occupational health and safety measures to be taken in the workplaces and to monitor their implementation, to prevent work accidents and occupational diseases, to carry out first aid and emergency treatment and preventive health and safety services for the employees; It is obliged to assign one or more workplace physicians, occupational safety specialists and other health personnel with the qualifications specified in this Regulation among its employees.
