Unlike flat belts, the conveyor surface of the belt consists of small triangular prism-shaped teeth. Since these teeth are vulcanized with the top coating during the production phase, there is no risk of rupture. Thanks to this knurled structure, which increases the friction force and gives the band a gripping feature, it allows product transport up to 3m/sec at 200-350 angles. They are generally used to transport packaged products.
