NANO TEC METALIC: CONCENTRATED DEGREASING AND PHOSPHATIVE LIQUID

The process is prepared by diluting Nano Tec Metalic with 1/15 water. The degreasing and phosphating process is carried out by applying the wiping and spraying method.

NANO TEC 01: ALUMINUM OIL AND DEBURRING FLUID FOR VIBRATION MACHINES

It is used by adding 150 gr Nano Tec 01 and 500 ml water to the vibration machine reservoir,

NANO TEC 02: METAL OIL AND DEBURRING LIQUID FOR VIBRATION MACHINES.

It is used by adding 200 gr Nano Tec 02 and 500 ml water to the vibration machine reservoir.

NANO TEC 03: CONCENTRATED RUST AND LASER BURN REMOVER

It is used by diluting according to the amount of rust in the metals. Dipping, spraying and wiping method is applied.

NANO TEC 04: PASSIVATION LIQUID AND ANTI-CROSSION

Nano tec 04 is used by diluting at the rate of 1/20. It provides long-term protection on metals whose rust has been cleaned and corrosion has not started, and it does not pose a problem for the parts that will enter the paint.

NANO TEC 05: ALUMINUM DEGREASING AND SURFACE PREPARATION LIQUID

It is used by diluting at a ratio of 1/10. After cleaning, it should be rinsed and it does not darken on the parts.

NANO TEC 06: STAINLESS AND GALVANIZED SURFACE CLEANING FLUID

It is used by diluting at a ratio of 1/10. It makes the part suitable for pre-painting. Dipping and wiping should be applied.

NANO TEC 07: CONVEYOR LINE METAL DEGREASING LIQUID

The process is established by adding 5 ratio of Nano tec 07 to 100. It runs hot and makes metals suitable for coating.

NANO TEC 08: CONVEYOR LINE METAL COATING LIQUID

The process is set up by adding 3 in 100 Nano tec 08. It runs hot and makes metals excellent for paint and corrosion resistance.

NANO TEC 09: CONVEYOR and Immersion METAL SURFACE COLD NANO COATING LIQUID

The process is established by adding Nano tec 09 at a rate of 2 in 100. It runs cold and makes metals excellent for paint and corrosion resistance.
