main structure

Material

ST A1 52 Eregli steel will be made of iron and steel product sheet.

Main frame and Gooseneck

The lower and upper blades of the main chassis are in the form of 20mm middle strut 16mm I-section and are welded with gas metal arc welding from one end to the other. The same material properties will be used as the gooseneck. The elongation track will be manufactured from sheet metal in the form of an 8 mm box. It will be manufactured from special ST 37 press-press bending with intermediate traves.

Flooring

3.4 checkered sheet metal will be laid between the two chassis of 6 cm hornbeam, the sides of which are baked.

Undercarriage

Axles are used in our air suspension production. Trailer with front axle lift and rear 2 axle rods will rotate according to right-hand movement.

Axle Tops

It is flat and welded to 40×10 blades to prevent machine slippage.

Brake system

Air brake system is available in accordance with ABS and EEC code.

Brand E certified tires with 235/75 R 17.5 16+1 prell will be fitted.

Electrical Installation

It will be furnished in accordance with TSE in European norms and standards.

Accessories

Manual heavy load feet will be placed on 2 rear overlay hydraulic ramps, reflector gooseneck assembly, opening the tool box to the sides and ring. Bicycle guards will be available on the sides.

Paint

1 coat of primer and 2 coats will be painted in the desired color and pattern.
