MAIN CHASSIS
The main frame middle strut plate will be made into an I profile from 15 mm lower and upper plates and 20 mm sheet metal. It will be welded from one end to the other with gas metal arc welding. And it is in the form of a strong box resistant to heavy tonnage. It will be of the same thickness and material as the I profile used in the main chassis in the gooseneck assembly. The blades used in the Deveboynu sleepers are the same thickness as the chassis blades. There are 3 pieces of tipper chassis and a 300×100 U profile will be passed through the middle chassis. All welding will be done by gas metal arc welding.

FLOOR SHEET
It will be manufactured from 12 mm HARDOX 450 sheet metal.

SIDE WALLS
It will be manufactured from 8 mm HARDOX 450 sheet metal.

BACK COVER
It will be manufactured from 8 mm HARDOX 450 sheet metal. A 22mm flat blade will be welded from length to length on the parts of the construction machine with a U profile reinforced lock mechanism that can hit the cover. It will open with a hydraulic cylinder.

FRONT CHEST
It will be manufactured from 8 mm HARDOX 450 sheet metal.
