Membrane Welding Systems

It is designed to increase the production speed and quality in welding the boiler membrane walls. Bench dimensions and number of welding heads are determined according to customer demand. It enables fast welding by clamping the pipes and flat bars placed on the fixture to the fixture with pneumatically pressed wheels. Weld shrinkage is minimized since both sides of the blade are welded at the same time.
