Rotator

The rotators are designed to withstand heavy working conditions and to turn workpieces weighing from 5 tons to 150 tons. They allow cylindrical parts to be welded precisely by turning them clockwise or counterclockwise. It can be produced according to the desired diameter and tonnage in line with the customer's demand, as self-adjusting and conventional.

Standard Features

• Thanks to the polyurethane-coated wheels, the vibrations of rotation and the impacts of loading are absorbed during welding.
• Special steel wheels can also be used in applications requiring high temperatures and high loads.
• The wheels have the feature of manually or automatically adjusting for small or large diameters. This adjustment is made optionally with a ball screw or by hand.
• It can be integrated into Column-Bom systems with digital control or analog inputs for manual use.
