Pump Bushings

A mixture of PTFE and lead is impregnated with a porous bronze layer sintered onto the steel under high pressure and heat. The sliding layer consisting of a mechanically strong steel layer and a low friction level PTFE and the bronze layer that connects these two layers strongly and dissipates the heat generated during operation form a self-lubricating composite bearing element with extremely important properties and does not require further lubrication.

During the first operation, a part of the layer consisting of a mixture of PTFE and lead is plastered on the working surface and forms a film. This ensures smoothness and creates a working surface with a low coefficient of friction. After this stage, the underlying bronze layer gradually begins to appear on the sliding surface in different regions and sizes. When it reaches the end of its life, the bronze layer covers 70-90% of this surface.

The mixture of POM and lead is rolled with high pressure and impregnated with a sintered porous bronze layer on the steel. The sliding layer, consisting of a mechanically strong steel layer and POM, and the bronze layer, which strongly connects these two layers and dissipates the heat generated during operation, form a composite bearing element with extremely important features that requires low maintenance. Lubrication made only during assembly will be sufficient for long-term use, and it can work for a very long time when lubrication is made at appropriate intervals.

It consists of bronze alloy. There are lubrication pockets on the sliding surface. It has a long life, is resistant to abrasion, chemicals and corrosion, and shows high load capacity and thermal conductivity. The main areas of use are; lift machines, construction machines, agricultural and mining machines, automobiles, tractors, trucks, other automotive fields and industrial machines.

Bi-Metal bushings consist of two layers. It is obtained by sintering bronze alloy on high quality steel. It can operate with no or very little lubrication. Oil or grease can be used at certain intervals only for the purpose of increasing the performance. The sliding surface may be lubricated, grooved or flat. These bushings are durable, high load capacity, resistant to abrasion and vibration, high temperature, chemical substances and corrosion, and have high thermal conductivity.

In automotive; car and motorcycle engines and clutches, gearboxes, camshafts and steering shafts, as well as hydraulic cylinders and pumps, refrigerator compressor pumps, work machines, lift machines, pneumatic equipment, medical devices and textile machinery are the main areas of use. Other than these; king/piston pin, rocker arm, automobile engine connecting rod, transmission system, distributor, clutch pilot, starter, generator, mill, oil pump, gear pump, water pump, main shaft, connecting rod shaft, camshaft, intermediate shaft, balance shaft, cup roller, agricultural machinery, press -Compression machines, cooling machines, internal explosion heavy load and speed capacity engines, spring eyes, trunion and other areas of use are also the most important areas for bi-metal bushings.
