WATER GROOVING MACHINES:

Sewer blockages affect our daily lives negatively and are a huge problem. These machines make our job easier to eliminate or solve this problem.
It allows us to open the blockages in the sewer line quickly and practically.
Since it allows us to open the clogged area without digging, it reduces the cost of work and labor, and saves time.

There are two types of mechanical and wet grooving. They are divided into two as on-board and portable among themselves, they work with electricity and fuel.
According to the capacity of the device, it is used for blockages and cleaning in sewer lines in certain diameter ranges.

1. Wet Draining and Cleaning Machines:

The channel opening machine helps us to open the clogged channel by pressurizing the water. It works with the principle of pushing the high pressure water into the channel to be cleaned with a high pressure hose and a channel opening head (nozzle) connected to its end, thus eliminating the blockages in the channel by using the breaking and pushing properties of the high pressure water. The flow rate and pressure of the machine indicate the power of the machine. In addition to the opening process, the cleaning process is also performed by pulling the hose back at high pressure.

2. Mechanical Grooving Machines:

Mechanical grooving machines are preferred when wet grooving machines are not sufficient and in lines where smaller pipe turns are high. Mechanical grooving machines cut tree roots and harder blockages that have covered the inside of the pipe. Mechanical grooving machines rotate in the duct thanks to spiral springs and go away. It allows the line to be opened by collecting the materials in the channel on it. These machines cannot be efficient in collapsed lines.
