Description : Pneumatic Ring Grinder is used for very fast, reliable and efficient grinding of medium hard, hard, brittle and hard materials. It is very useful for sample preparation in laboratories and industrial facilities.
Application Examples: Alloys, basalt, cement clinker, ceramics, coal, coke, building materials, feldspar, glass and various materials.
The size of the input material is between 0.075 – 5 mm.
Depending on the material type and size, it can grind between 1-10 minutes.
Material loss in grinding is minimal.
The grinding rings are securely compressed and connected pneumatically with the air bellows.
The material is placed between the rings and the system is completely vibrated and grinded.
The rings are easily taken out, thus providing ease of cleaning.
The complete system is taken into a sheet metal construction cabinet and its cover is also closed.
There is a door safety switch and an adjustable timer on the sample grinding section.
It automatically stops itself when the lid is opened or the air pressure drops.
The Compressor to be used with the device must be ordered separately.

Available in 3 different capacities as 50 cc, 100 cc and 250 cc. Made of hardened steel.
