Static Unbalance: When the vehicle is lifted and the wheel is rotated, if the wheel stays at the same point (heavy part) all the time, it means that there is static unbalance. It is felt as bouncing (knocking) at high speeds.

Dynamic Unbalance: It is the wobbling rotation of the wheel by drawing different trajectories to the right and left. It is felt as a lateral vibration.
