DOMESTIC FAIR SUPPORT

This support; Includes vacant space (floor) rent and standard stand construction and decoration expenses.

The maximum support area per business for each fair participation is 50 (fifty) m².

Support upper limit;

a) 250 (two hundred and fifty) TL per m² at Domestic International Specialized Fairs,

b) 150 (one hundred and fifty) TL per m² at Domestic Specialized Fairs and İzmir International Fair,

c) It is applied as 1,000 (thousand) TL per m² at the IDEF International Defense Industry Fair.

During the program, the company is supported to participate in a maximum of 4 (four) fairs.

The upper limit of the support during the support program is 50,000 (fifty thousand) TL.

ABROAD BUSINESS TRIP SUPPORT

This support is provided in overseas business trip programs organized by KOSGEB Units, Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, Confederation of Turkish Tradesmen and Craftsmen, Turkish Exporters Assembly and Foreign Economic Relations Board;

a) Accommodation expenses,

b) With transportation expenses

c) Covers translation, guidance expenses, fair entrance fees and meeting-organization expenses.

In order to organize a business trip abroad, at least 10 (ten) enterprises must be registered in KBS during the application.

In the foreign business trip program to be included in the scope of the support, bilateral business meetings with enterprises and a visit to a fair that is included in the List of Fairs to be Organized by the Ministry of Commerce annually or in the List of Prestigious Fairs published by the Ministry of Trade must be included. However, if only one of these activities is carried out, the abroad business trip program must also include at least one of the activities listed below:

a) Meetings with professional organizations,

b) Industrial zone, factory, technopark trips, financial groups, etc. negotiations with.

The upper limit of support to be provided per business for each overseas business trip; It is 10,000 (ten thousand) TL for North America, South America, the continent of Australia and Asia Pacific Countries, and 5,000 (five thousand) TL for other countries including the People's Republic of China.

On the dates of the foreign business trip program of the business representatives who will participate in the business trip abroad; must be a business owner, partner or employee.

During the support program, the upper limit of the support is 30,000 (thirty thousand) TL.

QUALIFIED STAFF EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT

The aim of this support is to increase the employment of qualified labor in enterprises.

Support is given to newly employed qualified personnel during the support program period.

This support is given to the personnel who have not been employed in the last 12 (twelve) months as of the date of employment in the enterprise requesting payment, graduated from a higher education institution and work full-time in the enterprise.

In order for the enterprise to benefit from this support, the total number of days of SSI Accrual Slips belonging to the last 6 (six) months of the enterprise prior to the employment date of the qualified personnel must be at least 900 (nine hundred) days. This condition is not sought for businesses operating in the priority technology areas specified in the Priority Technology Areas Table (Table 3) or within the borders of the technopark.

During the program, support payments are made to the enterprise for a maximum of 4 (four) qualified personnel within the support upper limit.

The following method is taken into account in calculating the support amount for qualified personnel expenses.

a) Multiplication of the amount obtained by dividing the monthly net minimum wage including the Minimum Living Allowance (single and childless) calculated over the minimum wage for one day of normal work, determined by the Minimum Wage Determination Commission for each year, by 30 (thirty) As a result, the daily support upper limit is determined. Educational status coefficient in determining the upper limit of support; 1.25 (one twenty-five) for 2 (two) year vocational school and associate degree graduates, 1.5 (one and a half) for undergraduate graduates, 1.75 (one seventy-five) for graduate graduates, 2 (one and a half) for doctoral graduates two) is applied.

b) The daily amount obtained by dividing the income based on the insurance premium in the administrative records of the Social Security Institution (SGK) by the number of working days is determined.

c) The monthly support amount is determined by multiplying the lower of the daily amounts specified in subparagraphs (a) and (b) with the number of working days multiplied by the support rate.

In determining the graduation status of the qualified personnel, the date of employment is taken as a basis in the enterprise requesting payment. In case the qualified personnel has more than one graduation on the said date, the graduation status chosen by the enterprise is taken as basis. Changes in the graduation status of the qualified personnel are not taken into account during the support process.

The support provided for qualified personnel ends as of the end date of the support program.

The upper limit of the support during the support program is 50,000 (fifty thousand) TL.

DESIGN SUPPORT

The purpose of this support is to enable businesses to increase their product range.

Businesses; Members and members of the Industrial Designers Professional Organization Association, Graphic Designers Professional Organization Association, Fashion Designers Association and Chamber of Interior Architects; Service procurements for product design from companies owned, partnered or employed, universities, Gaziantep Regional Industrial Design and Hybrid Modeling Center (GETHAM) and design centers within the scope of the Law on Supporting Research, Development and Design Activities dated 28/2/2008 and numbered 5746. support is given.

In the document related to the design; designer information, the name of the product subject to the design, the design date and the drawing related to the design should be included.

The upper limit of support for each product design is 2.000 (two thousand) TL. However, if the product design has resulted in the purchase of a Patent, Utility Model Certificate, Industrial Design Registration Certificate or Integrated Circuit Topographies Registration Certificate, the upper limit of the support is 10.000 (ten thousand) TL.

The upper limit of the support during the support program is 50,000 (fifty thousand) TL.

INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS SUPPORT

The purpose of this support is to ensure the protection of industrial property rights of enterprises.

Businesses;

a) Payments made to the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TÜRKPATENT) to obtain a Patent, Utility Model Certificate, Industrial Design Registration Certificate and Integrated Circuit Topographies Registration Certificate, and expenses of patent and trademark attorneys,

b) Support is given to the payments made to foreign institutions/organizations equivalent to TÜRKPATENT in order to obtain a Patent, Utility Model Certificate, Industrial Design Registration Certificate, Integrated Circuit Topographies Registration Certificate and Overseas Trademark Registration Certificate.

The upper limit of the support to be provided to the enterprise for each document received/to be received from TÜRKPATENT is 5,000 (five thousand) TL, and for each document received/to be received from TÜRKPATENT equivalent foreign institutions/organizations, the upper limit of the support is 10,000 (ten thousand) TL.

The enterprise wishing to benefit from the support must have applied to TURKPATENT and/or its equivalent foreign institutions/organizations within the period of the support program. The gains obtained due to the Priority Right that may arise from this application do not constitute an obstacle to the granting of the support.

For expenses covered by the business, support; After the publication of the application by the relevant institution and / or at the registration stage, it can request payment through KBS.

During the support program, the upper limit of the support is 30,000 (thirty thousand) TL.

CERTIFICATION SUPPORT

The purpose of this support is to enable businesses to standardize their products, services and processes.

Businesses; The product, system, personnel, laboratory accreditation documents they will receive from the Turkish Standards Institute (TSE), Turkish Accreditation Agency (TÜRKAK) and TÜRKAK accredited institutions / organizations, and the Occupational Health and Safety Management Certificates they will receive from certification bodies accredited by TÜRKAK on any subject. System (OHSAS) document is supported for expenses. This support covers the fee paid for the document (application and file review, examination, audit, test and document fee).

ISO/IEC 15408, ISO/IEC 19790, ISO/IEC 24759, ISO/IEC 15504, TS 13298, ISO 9241151, ISO/IEC 25051, ISO/IEC 40500:2012, ISO/IEC 12207, ISO/IEC 15288 and ISO/ The upper limit of support for documents within the scope of IEC 17025 is 10.000 (ten thousand) TL, and for documents other than these, the upper limit of support is 2.500 (two thousand five hundred) TL.

Necessary inquiries for the service provider by the Implementation Unit are made on the web page of TÜRKAK.

Provided that the document and invoice dates are within the program period; The date of the document application made to the relevant institution/organization is not considered.

During the support program, the upper limit of the support is 30,000 (thirty thousand) TL.

TEST AND ANALYSIS SUPPORT

The purpose of this support is to enable businesses to increase product quality.

Support is provided for the test, analysis, control-inspection of products, materials, parts, samples to be purchased from public institutions and university laboratories, and to the service expenses of the enterprises in the subjects of testing, analysis, control-examination accredited in domestic and foreign laboratories. Expenses related to services received from KOSGEB laboratories are not covered by the support.

The products, materials, parts and samples to be subjected to test, analysis and control-inspection service; dispatch, insurance and similar expenses, and if these services are performed at the operating facilities, the personnel providing the service; Accommodation, transportation and subsistence expenses are not covered by the support.

Test, analysis and control-inspection services, waste water analysis, flue gas measurement, ambient noise measurement, dust level measurement, where the total invoice value excluding Value Added Tax (VAT) is less than 500 (five hundred) TL for the expenses included in the support Testing, analysis and control-examination services within the scope of occupational health and safety are out of the scope of support.

During the support program, the upper limit of the support is 30,000 (thirty thousand) TL.

ENERGY EFFICIENT ELECTRIC MOTORS REPLACEMENT SUPPORT

The purpose of this support is to enable businesses to use energy efficient electric motors.

Support is given to the energy efficient engine changes of the enterprises operating in Kocaeli Gebze OIZ, Antalya OIZ, Uşak OIZ, Bursa OIZ, Izmir Kemalpasa OIZ, Ankara Chamber of Industry 1st OIZ and Adana Hacı Sabancı OIZ, which were selected as pilots within the scope of the TEVMOT project, within the framework of the signed protocol.

SVGM; TEVMOT submits its Monthly Activity Report to KOSGEB on a monthly basis, showing that energy studies, capacity increase and training services and engine replacements have been completed. The relevant Presidency unit may accept the TEVMOT Monthly Activity Report or request a revision for the TEVMOT Monthly Activity Report via KBS.

In case the TEVMOT Monthly Activity Report is accepted, the TEVMOT Monthly Activity Report is published on the KBS by the relevant Presidency unit.

In order for businesses to benefit from this support, they must be included in the TEVMOT Monthly Activity Report. The Strategy Development Department and the relevant Presidency unit carry out the works and transactions related to the protocol in coordination.

During the support program, the upper limit of the support is 80.000 (eighty thousand) TL.

INDEPENDENT ASSESSMENT SUPPORT

The purpose of this support is to contribute to the production of products included in the priority product list.

Technology-Oriented Industry, which aims for enterprises to produce products included in the priority product list specified in the call plans of the Communiqué on Technology-Oriented Industry Move Program Implementation Principles, which was published in the Official Gazette dated 18/09/2019 and numbered 30892 and amended with the Official Gazette dated 05/12/2019 and numbered 30969. Support is given to the expenses of the independent evaluation report regarding the project applications they make within the scope of the Action Program. It does not matter whether the enterprises are included in the scope of support by the committee.

The information of the companies that pay for the independent evaluation report service received from the authorized independent consultancy firms is transmitted by the Ministry to the relevant Presidency unit via the portal. The said information is uploaded to the KBS by the relevant Presidency unit.

During the support program, the upper limit of the support is 20,000 (twenty thousand) TL.
