IE2 or IE3 efficiency class, IEC standards motors are used. DM series gearboxes are manufactured in nine different body sizes and provide easy assembly and flexible connection options. It is suitable for use in heavy conditions with its rigid structures. GG20 cast iron or GGG40 nodular cast iron is used as the body material. Gears are produced from high quality cementation steel. The gears are heat treated to ensure a surface hardness of 58-60 HRC, and they are grinded on high-tech benches to ensure quiet and low-vibration operation. .
