CNC (Computer Numeric Control | Computer Numerical Control) machines, that is, CNC benches, as it is known in the public; They are production tools that transform a raw material such as metal, plastic and wood into the designed shape by processing with a predetermined software instruction. CNC machines allow 3D design to be processed with precision through programmed computer commands.
The most prominent advantage of CNC precision machining is precision, as the name suggests. No matter how complex the design is, with the right programming, products with the sensitivity suitable for the design can be produced. We can produce exactly the same parts in serial production, regardless of whether it is 10 or 10,000 pieces for CNC machines. There is never any difference between parts produced with the same design. CNC Machines have the precision to produce the most complex 3D designs, but the knowledge and experience of the operators is the most important part of production. MADENTEK CNC operators have been working with different types of CNC machining operations for many years.
In order to achieve the desired result in CNC machining, a prototype product must be made with the right design. As MADENTEK, we offer 3D design and prototype product services as well as CNC precision machining. Our design engineers prepare the part you want in 3D computer environment after their meetings with you and submit it to your approval. After the design approval, the prototype of the part is made and if necessary, the 3D design is revised over the prototype. We are able to respond to all your precision machining demands with our fully equipped CNC machines in our own facility.
