Double Shaft Concrete Mixer

1. It is generally used in the production of highly loaded concrete. It is more preferred in cases where the daily need is at least 1000 m3.
2. Double Shaft type mixer system with horizontal synchronized axis is the most advantageous system that provides maximum homogeneity.
3. In Twin Shaft mixers, mixing is provided in a minimum time, at low water-cement ratios, in such a way that all of the cement can come into contact with the aggregate. This is the most important factor that increases the efficiency of the system.
4. For these reasons, MESAŞ Engineering uses double-shaft (Twin-Shaft) concrete mixers in its large-capacity concrete plants.
