H-IHB – Rotor Balancing Machine fan, impeller, rotor, separator, turbine, shaft, drum etc. It is a machine used for dynamic and static balancing of workpieces such as Belt drive unit or Shaft drive unit can be preferred according to the work to be done.

The machine with belt drive unit is recommended for more precise results in medium and small parts. Also, one of the advantages is that it makes it very easy to put the part on the machine, which is suitable for serial operation. In order to use the belt drive unit, the workpiece must have at least one cylindrical part on which the belt can be seated.

The Shaft Drive unit also provides ease of use for heavy rotor types with large diameters and for jobs that do not have a cylindrical surface on which the belt will pass.

Balance program works with licensed Windows operating system. It is easy to use by the operator. There is no need to recalibrate for different rotor types. Before starting the balancing process, you can calculate the tolerance according to the ISO 1940 standard by entering the part size and weight.

The training and installation of the machines are given by the personnel of our company and are certified at the end of the training.

Calibration of the machine is done in our company and the calibration certificate is delivered with the machine. All our machines have CE certificate.

Drill unit can be added to the machine in accordance with the part to be balanced.
