The standard designs of the marble sandblasting machine are produced in two different models in order to sand the stones of 700 mm (MERKUM-70) and 1000 mm (MERKUM-100). Apart from this, we also have special design machines for sanding smaller and larger stones. (300x300mm, 400x300mm, 2100xFree Length etc.), (MERKUM-70/A). Models with "Blow Fan (Blower) and Drying Oven (Dryer)" are also available upon request.

BLOWER: OPTIONAL

In the system, the cabin is in the exit direction but inside the cabin. It was put in order to clean the dust left on the material after the brush.

DRYING OVEN (DRYER): OPTIONAL

There is a drying oven in the system. The drying oven consists of 4 2.2 kW fans and chain moving conveyors. It works integrated with the system. It tries to remove the wetness on the material by blowing 2 pieces from the bottom and 2 pieces from the top.

Unlike other machines, Water Filter is used in the system. With this system, intense dust formation is ended and your filter cartridge expense is also eliminated.

WORKING PRINCIPLE OF MARBLE SANDBLASTING MACHINE

The materials to be sandblasted are placed on the moving band. The walking speed of the band is 1 m/min. with speed control up to 2.5 m/min. In order to make the desired roughening on the material surface, the steel ball selection and the band adjustment speed should be adjusted. The buttons required for the operation of the machine are pressed from the control panel (Operation and maintenance training will be given after the assembly of the machine) and the machine is started. The material to be sanded moves on the belt and enters the bombardment area. Here, the desired surface roughness is tried to be obtained by the impact of the steel balls thrown from the turbines. The shelling steel balls are poured onto the machine floor and are conveyed from there to the elevator with the help of a helix and from the elevator to the separator. Dust is separated with steel balls in the separator, and clean balls go back to the turbine and the separated dust goes to the filter. The dusty air in the filter is purified from dust and the dust is kept in the filter cage, and the cleaned air is given to the outside. The air coming out of the filter complies with the environmental emission values. The blasted material coming out of the bombardment cabin is ready for other operations.
