How the Toz-Mak High Pressure Dust Reduction System Works;

With ceramic piston pumps that can produce 50-60 Bar pressure, hoses all suitable for working with this pressure, and nozzles distributed to the area, pulverized water particles make the dust particles heavier and lower them to the ground.

Why Use a High Pressure System;

Considering the areas where the material bunkers are located, it is seen that there is a high dust density and they are installed in large areas.

Our company provides dust suppression by consuming very low energy costs with high pressure systems, which it started to implement after R&D studies, by moistening the material homogeneously without wetting it.

In cement factories, the dust that occurs in the truck unloading bunkers, raw material crushers, conveyor belt transfer points, stock halls and the materials (clinker, etc.) in the heap areas are suppressed by the mobile fan spray and fixed dust control systems.
