Units that generate dust without using any chemicals are taken into a semi-closed or fully-closed cabin consisting of steel constructions, depending on the facility situation. The sides and top are covered with corrugated sheets. The cabins are connected to the filter group by pipes. It is transferred to the jet filter group with the ventilation pipes above the cabins. The dusty air passing through the mouth is kept in the bag filters located in the body of the filter, selected according to the type and flow rate of the sucked material, and the clean air is discharged from the outlet of the aspirator. The trapped dust molecules are cleaned by blowing valves, which are controlled by an electronic timer and give air pressure at 6-8 bar pressure. The high pressure allows the dust trapped in the filter bags to fall into the bunker located at the bottom of the filter. In this way, the collected ( 0 ) material in the bunker is recovered as material.
The filter group consists of jet filter, fan and blower. The jet filter system to be installed is projected by calculating the diameters of the cabin, blower, fan and pipes in the jet filter system according to the number of dust extracting units in the facility, their distance from each other, length, size and layout.
