The Toz-mak Dust Reduction System & dust control system works with the help of water and air, and it is economical as it consumes 2 liters of water during 1 ton of material crushing. Absolutely no chemical substance is used in the system. System; It consists of hydrophore compressor control panels and Nozzles fed by the water and air lines coming out of the distributor blocks in these panels. Our control panel is remote-controlled and the nozzles placed on the truck spill, jaw, crushers, sieve and stock spills can be operated simultaneously or independently of each other.

Specially designed Nozzles are used to break down the water molecules of the Toz-Mak Dust Reduction System. Compressed air sent into the nozzle thanks to the air lines is compressed in a shrinking environment and creates sound waves. Pressurized water sent from other lines on these sound waves is divided into parts thanks to the sound waves.

It does not cause sticking at any stage of production. The reduced powder is recovered as the smallest material removed from the sieve.
