In other words, they can be operated fully automatically, semi-automatically and manually. A wide variety of surface treatment lines such as iron phosphate, zinc phosphate or nano coating can be installed to provide the desired properties.
Since the Robotic Immersion Type Surface Cleaning Line is PLC controlled, it can control the entire system through a single main panel, all fault and maintenance information can be seen, all temperature information can be seen, the temperature can be set to the desired temperature, and all electrical equipment and the whole system are controlled through this main panel. . The robots used in the immersion type surface cleaning line can position themselves and stop at the desired distance at the desired place by making distance controls with bus-bar or laser. Thus, they always stay in the same place in front of the bathrooms and there is no problem in positioning.
In semi-automatic systems, the systems and units that the user will benefit from are controlled via the electrical panel.

The biggest advantage of immersion lines compared to spray lines is that much larger and much heavier materials/products can be washed and cleaned in the immersion type surface cleaning line. In addition, much heavier materials can be washed in these lines compared to other systems in terms of material weight. During the process phase, there is no such thing as not being able to clean the part. In immersion lines, the material and the chemical can be completely cleaned. They occupy less residential area compared to other systems. There are discharge valves at the bottom of the immersion type surface cleaning line process baths for easy cleaning of the baths. Since these valves are high from the ground, the bathrooms can be emptied easily.
