TEKNOFALT consists of Jet-Pulse Type Filters, dirty gas inlet, main body where dust is separated from the cages, clean gas section, cleaning jet-pulse part, dust collection bunker, transport-transfer spiral and legs. In addition to these units, a main fan and chimney system that provides suction is added to the filter. The filter cages are sealed and disconnected from the clean gas section, which is arranged perpendicularly to the dirty gas section on the mirror sheet at the top of the filter. The cleaning air is mounted on it by the clean gas. There is no moving part in this system.
Way of Working
While the dust passes through the dirty gas inlet and the side surfaces of the vertically arranged bagged cages, it accumulates on the outer surface of the bags on the cage, thanks to the suction made from the middle of the cage.
On the cages; The dust accumulated on the bag surfaces is poured into the dust collection bunker with instantaneous blows of the compressed air. As the dirty gas enters the filter from the inlet port, it is evenly distributed over the filter bags. In this system, the gas flow is gravimetrically downwards and the dust settles in the bunker. The dirty gas is kept on the outer surface of the bag and the cleaned gas comes out from the top of the bag. The main fan is connected to the filter by the clean gas.
Filter bags are cleaned with the help of compressed air. Compressed air is transmitted to the center of the bag with the help of a venturi. Venturi reduces pressure losses and distributes them across the long filter bag. The high-speed compressed air shock inflates the filter bag so that the dust accumulated outside the bag is poured into the bunker with the inflation of the bag.
Instant compressed air shock waves are dispersed with the help of explosives. The repetition of air shock waves can be fixed or adjusted according to the resistance of the filter bags. The adjustable air shock waves are suitable for changing operating conditions. The optimized shocking system compatible with the pressure tank provides a practical solution for adjusting the air shock with compressed air distribution pipe and pulses. The dust collected on the filter bag is collected in the bunkers by air cannon. It is conveyed to the desired location by the carrier system.
