WARRANTY CONDITIONS for Steam Boilers

• The Warranty Period starts from the delivery date of the Steam Boilers and is 2 years.
• Steam Boilers are under the guarantee of TEMASAN against manufacturing defects during this period.
• In case the Steam Boilers fail within the warranty period, the time spent in repair is added to the warranty period. The repair period of the goods is maximum 30 working days. This period starts from the date of notification of the product to our factory.
• In the event that the Steam Boilers fail within the warranty period, no charge will be made for the cost of the parts to be replaced if necessary, and for the labor costs.
• Defects caused by the use of the steam boiler contrary to the terms in the user manual are not covered by the warranty.

ISSUES OUTSIDE THE WARRANTY OF STEAM BOILERS

• Damages and malfunctions that occur during the transportation of Steam Boilers.
• Damages and malfunctions arising from wrong location selection, placement, wrong capacity selection, wrong installation pipe connections and misuse for Steam Boilers.
• Damages and malfunctions caused by foreign materials entering the steam boiler during the installation and operation of the Steam Boilers.
• Insufficient chimney required for Steam Boilers.
• For Steam Boilers, damage and malfunctions caused by externally purchased materials, safety armatures, accessories and spare parts.
• Excessive installation pressure and related damage and malfunctions.
• External, physical impact, scratch and breakage, etc. and damage and malfunctions caused by chemical factors.
• Damages and malfunctions arising from the use of fuel that is not suitable for Steam Boilers.
• Damages and malfunctions arising from operating the Steam Boilers with no water, insufficient water or faulty water.
• Damages and malfunctions arising from the user's failure to perform the periodic maintenance and controls.
• Breaks and cracks in the grill due to excessive fuel loading on the steam boilers (YSBK Type) grids and cooling of the ash in the boiler with water are not covered by the warranty.
• Damages and malfunctions that may arise from repairs or changes to be made without informing our company, or from tampering with the device in any way and requesting adjustments.
• In case of conversion of Steam Boilers (YSBK Type) to natural gas system; faulty gas installation connections and installation etc. in the system other than the device. malfunction and device malfunctions resulting from them.
