MATEŞ ELEKTRONİK has been designing and producing calibration devices for electricity meters and test devices in various fields for 30 years. During this period, high-precision (0.05%) measurement technologies developed by MATEŞ ELEKTRONİK, especially for the calibration of electricity meters, are also an infrastructure and reference for all other devices produced.
For this reason, the Resistance Meter is a device with 0.2% accuracy and high stability. It also has an easy-to-use touchscreen interface.
| Test Current | 2…25A |
| Test Voltage | 0…0.2V |
| Resistance Measurement | 0.1…100mΩ |
| Resistance Measurement Accuracy | 0.2% |
Parts of the Device
Working with PWM technique, it generates high efficiency sinusoidal waveform with low distortion (less than 1% linear load), reference waveform can be selected as 50Hz or 60Hz (accuracy better than 0.1Hz). Current stability and accuracy less than 0.2%.
It has two channels (separately for current and voltage) 22-bit resolution sigma delta converter. In this way, high resolution and accuracy measurements in a wide measuring range are ensured. A voltage reference with a maximum temperature constant of 10ppm is used as a reference in the measurement unit, all passive elements used have been carefully selected to avoid deviations over a long period of time and at different temperatures. The sensitive measurement experience of producing calibration devices (0.05% accuracy) of electricity meters is reflected in all MATEŞ ELEKTRONİK devices. In the 0.1mΩ…100mΩ range, the total measurement error is 0.2% maximum. The resistance measurement is obtained by measuring the voltage falling on the component under the current flowing and dividing the two values.
Current Measurement Range: 1…25A
Voltage Measurement Range: 1…300mV
The measurement time can be entered from the touch screen, the resistance of the measured terminal may change due to heating as a result of the current flowing at the measurement point.
The measuring circuit is designed with 4 terminals, so that the voltage drop in the measuring cables does not deteriorate the measurement result.
Two 80MHz 16-bit DSP-based microcontrollers are used as main processors. One of the DSPs is used for the control of the current source and the other for measurement and control purposes. The use of the device is extremely simple; After the test current and test time are entered with the help of the touch screen, “START” is given. In order to prevent cable tangling, the input and output terminals of the device are located at the back, and there are a total of four terminals, two for current and two for voltage.
A color, touch, liquid crystal display with a resolution of 480×272 and a size of 4.3” was used for data monitoring and data entry. Thanks to the large screen, data can be easily read and data entry can be made easily with the help of touch keys.
If desired, it is possible to perform all measurements and controls via MATEŞ PC Software in addition to the screen.
Note: Specify the supply voltage when ordering.
