Concrete trapeze made of galvanized or painted galvanized hot-dip sheet.
It is the forming of galvanized and painted galvanized coil sheet in 58/915 section. It is produced from 1200 mm wide rolls with 3 peaks.
UMS 58/915 is designed for use in concrete trapezoidal composite flooring. These materials act as platforms for workers and materials, and formwork for wet concrete during the construction process. Then, when the concrete hardens and gains sufficient strength and its adherence with the concrete is achieved, they help the composite work by meeting some or all of the tensile component in the flooring.
The behavior of the trapezoidal sheet during the molding period and in the composite process differs. The trapezoidal sheet in the mold period is exposed to bending and shearing effects caused by the loads on it. In the composite process, the trapezoidal sheet usually forms the tensile component of the composite section, depending on the location of the neutral axis. However, in rare cases, it provides resistance against compression and tensile together with concrete.
The above-mentioned two forms of behavior were examined separately and the relevant spreadsheets were created. Eurocode 4 “Design of Composite Steel and Concrete Structures”, which is one of the European Union standards, has been taken as reference in the calculations. It is assumed that the sliding between concrete and steel is prevented in the behavior in the composite process. At the same time, in the composite study, it was thought that the entire shear force in the section was covered by the concrete component.
