Production and Assembly Phase

The conveyor rollers and drums we produce are fully protected against physical and chemical corrosion in any working environment, and always aim for the best with world-class manufacturing and machinery equipment.

It starts with precision cutting of certified shafts that we use in roll production. The raw products coming out of the cutting are lengthened and bedding in biaxial length completion benches.

In roll production, the assembly phase is carried out by using the raw materials approved with the best standards in accordance with the standards, double machining center length completion benches and bidirectional automatic welding units that provide perfect sealing and extend the bearing life.

The side products coming to the assembly section are assembled together with the sealing equipment and transferred to the static paint department. The rolls, all processes of which are completed, pass the final quality control, are packaged in the most appropriate way and made ready for shipment.
