PP textile belts are generally used in mining and converting industries to transport materials with bulky bulk temperatures of -25° to +60°.

The carcass consists of 2 to 5 layers knitted with PP (polyamide weft and warp) synthetic fabric. Each layer is coated with adhesive.

The outer surface carcass is designed to resist damage, bad weather, biological and chemical abrasion.

The role of the carcass in the belt is to transmit the force acting longitudinally and absorb the dynamic force generated during the fall and transport of the material.

PP textile tapes are produced with WXY and Z coatings prepared according to DIN22102 Standards or with wear resistant V coating.
