Product Description

It is a material with high resistance to chemicals. It has low specific gravity. It is a slippery material with a low coefficient of friction. Its water or moisture absorption feature is close to zero. It can be used as a cutting plate, especially in industrial kitchens and as a butcher cutting log. It has the ability to be welded. The element that characterizes polyethylene is molecular weight. It can be grouped into three groups as low molecular weight ( PE 300 ), high molecular weight ( PE 500 ) and ultra high molecular weight ( PE 1000 ) .

PPE - 300 (Low molecular weight)

It has high chemical resistance and is extremely resistant to acids, alkalis and solvents. It is a material with a temperature range of -50 to +80 °C, low friction coefficient, slippery, water and moisture absorbent.

PE - 500 ( High molecular weight )

It has high molecular weight, physiological, no water absorption, resistant to warping, good sliding property, resistant to wear and working in the temperature range of -100 +80°C.

PE - 1000 (Ultra High molecular weight)

It has a very high molecular weight, physiological, no water absorption, very resistant to impact, very good sliding property, extremely resistant to wear, and has the ability to work in the temperature range of -260 to +80°C.
