When recruiting workers (including women) to be employed in heavy and dangerous jobs, and young workers who have completed the age of 16 but have not completed the age of 18, it is obligatory to determine whether they are physically fit and resistant to these jobs, depending on the nature and conditions of the job, with a physical examination and, if necessary, a doctor's report prepared based on laboratory findings. It is obligatory to determine with a doctor's report at least once every 6 months for young workers who have completed the age of 16 but have not completed the age of 18, and at least once a year for others, that there is no harm in being employed in these jobs during the continuation of the job. It is forbidden to employ any worker without a health report in heavy and dangerous works.
