Persons who are harmed by the decisions to be taken by the Turkish Patent Institute ( TPI ) can object to the decisions before the Turkish Patent Institute ( TPI ). Other parties to the proceedings regarding the decisions taken have the right to object directly. The objection is made in writing to the Turkish Patent Institute ( TPI ) within two months after the notification of the decision.

For the evaluation of the objection, the reasons for the objection are given to the Turkish Patent Institute in writing within two months after the notification of the decision. If the reasons are not given within this period, the objection is deemed not made. In the objection, if all the documents are not submitted at the time of the objection, the missing documents must be submitted within the objection period without waiting for the notification. If the documents submitted within the objection period are missing, the objection is deemed not made.

Within 1 month following the receipt of the objection letter to you/we, a written statement of opinion (defense) can be made against the Turkish Patent Institute ( TPI ).

-For the evaluation of the defense, the relevant written opinion must be submitted to TPI completely and completely with the following documents.

- Documents to be submitted for defense against the relevant objections;

-The service contract prepared for the defense,

- Evidence to refute the opposing view (documents, records, etc.) Fee and fee payment certificate
