They are primary and secondary crushers designed to crush all kinds of materials, regardless of their hardness and abrasiveness. They are the most advanced jaw crushers with their centralized lubrication systems, high performance, efficiency and capacity, adjusted with the help of hydraulic system.

Jaw Crushers It is the oldest and most used type of crusher that crushes the run-of-the-mill material obtained from the stream bed or quarries by compressing it between two fixed and movable jaws. The movable jaw, which performs the crushing event, is suspended from the body with the help of the eccentric drive shaft and supported on the crusher body with the safety plate.

The movable jaw moves up and down by drawing an ellipse close to a circle at the feeding mouth and a narrow ellipse close to a straight line in the outlet region. This situation ensures that the material is grasped and broken at the top, and that it gains momentum at the bottom and leaves the outlet, thus the material flow.
